Hahndorf Leathersmith was established in 1983 by the Graham Family and continues to be a proud second-generation family business, with an established reputation for quality and craftsmanship. Located in historic Hahndorf, in the scenic Adelaide Hills. Built in 1853, our heritage listed building originally served as a pub, and today it still retains its unique character and charm. We handmake our unique leather range on-site and visitors are welcome to watch the leathersmiths in the workshop, using traditional techniques and tools. We also stock some of Australia's most loved brands, including Akubra hats. Our range of leather goods are handcrafted from cowhide, kangaroo, emu and crocodile leather, and loved by locals and visitors from around the world.
