Head for the Hills offers school holiday mountain bike skills lessons & clinics to help young riders to hone their technique under the guidance of an AusCycling accredited coach! Learn new bike handling & control skills in a 2 hour session led by Head for the Hills coaches. There are clinics for both beginner and intermediate riders. If you are new to mountain biking and want to learn the basics, our Beginner School Holiday Skills Clinic is for you. Our coaches will teach you the key skills of mountain biking as well as guide you around the trails so that you can practise in a fun & safe group environment. If you have a bit of mountain biking experience and want to develop your skills, our Intermediate School Holiday Skills Clinic is for you. Our coaches will teach you new skills and help you develop your technique so you can kick nasty habits and learn to ride smoother, safer & faster. Participants must be able to ride on two wheels confidently and with good control to complete these programs. Ages: 10-14 years
